  3. Size Questions: Right now our T-Shirts are all Unisex fit. These fit like regular T-Shirts. For ladies wearing a ladies-medium, we suggest you select our “small”
  4. How quickly will I get my order? (Shipping)
    It generally takes one to three days to prepare your order(s) for mail. Once mailed USPS, USPS-Priority or UPS, you should receive the package within three days for domestic USA orders. So, 4 to 6 days is a good timeline and we will do everything to get your orders to you a fast as possible. We strive to make you happy and want to get your order(s) to you promptly. If an order is out-of-stock (back-ordered), we will fulfill the order as quickly as possible. This may take up to 14 days to complete – please be patient and know we are working to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. We have outlined delivery times to the best of our abilities and plan to meet or exceed these times getting your order to you as fast as possible. For International orders, please be patient and base your delivery times on the average packages ordered from the USA to your location. (please check with your local post office for how long it takes to receive a package from the USA).
  5. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
    If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk email folder. If not found, your order may have not gone through for some reason.
    Please call us at (504) 482-3786 to verify your order was received and in our system to process. If your order did not go through, your payment method should not be charged. All orders must complete the check-out process fully in order for the charges to go through. At times, some banks and credit card companies will place a hold on the funds until the order is processed and shipped. If an error seems to be happening, please call your bank or credit card company to check regarding your on-line purchase… we hope this helps and apologize for any inconvenience due to on-line transactions. We strive to provide on-line security, safety and proper transactions as a goal to make you happy.
  6. Exchanges and Returns: 45 day guarantee on “new,” “unworn,” “unwashed,” items. When you receive your order, carefully try it on and if it doesn’t fit, please return it for an exchange to a larger or smaller size. We want you to be happy with your purchase. You will need to pay and ship the product back to us in “new” condition, then we will exchange to the new, requested size and we will pay to ship the exchange back to you. If the shirt doesn’t work for you, please return for a full refund on the cost of the shirt (shipping fees can not be refunded and you will need to pay the return mailing fees). Once the product is received back to us in “new” condition, we will refund the cost of the product only which does not include shipping or mailing costs.

    IMPORTANT: Before returning, please email us with your order number and let us know in advance which item(s) you plan to return. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that you will need to include in the return packaging (so we know what is happening with the order when the item is received back to us.) We can not promise to process your return without an RMA as we won’t know details of what to do. All original order numbers must be included with any returns.

    Also, we suggest you email us at returns@NewOrleansJazz.com and call (504) 482-3786 and leave a voicemail with your name, order number, specific product and brief reason for a return. This will help us process your return quickly.

    Exchange and Returns turn around: We will process your exchange or return just like a new order. So, as soon as we receive the item(s) back, we will process as quickly as possible. This can take anywhere from 5 to 14 days (and possibly 7 to 10 days longer if the exchange item is on back-order). Please be patient and know we will process everything quickly once we receive your exchange-return package. For returns you can expect a refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
